These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Private Jet Australia (Suite 215, 139 Cardigan St, Carlton Vic 3053). By using the website you accept them. Charter flights are booked under the quotation and the booking confirmation we issue for each trip, which set out the terms for that flight.
2. Information on this website
The information on this website, including flight times, distances, airport details and descriptions of aircraft, is general guidance. It is not an offer. Aircraft, availability and prices are confirmed in your quotation, and may change until you confirm a booking.
3. Quotations and bookings
All charter flights are quoted individually. A quotation sets out the aircraft or class of aircraft, the route, the date and time and what the price includes. A booking is made when you confirm a quotation and we confirm the flight to you in writing. Payment terms are stated in the quotation and the booking confirmation.
4. Weather
If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, you pay nothing.
5. Safety and operational decisions
The safety of passengers and crew comes first. The pilot in command and the aircraft provider make the final decisions on whether and how a flight operates, and flights are subject to air traffic control, airport restrictions and the applicable aviation regulations.
6. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for carrying valid identification and, for international flights, valid passports and any visas or health documents required. We will tell you what applies once we know who is travelling and where to.
7. Links and intellectual property
This website may link to other websites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for them. The content of this website belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
