Executive and corporate travel
For business travellers, private jet hire lets executives and teams maximise productivity, visit multiple destinations in a single day and minimise time spent in airports. Confidential conversations stay confidential. If a meeting overruns, the aircraft waits.
- Board and executive travel between the capitals
- Day returns to Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide
- Multi-city roadshows and client visits
- Time-critical trips when scheduled flights do not fit
Resources, regional and project travel
Private aircraft are widely used to reach regional and remote destinations, including mining and resources sites and fly-in fly-out operations, where scheduled services are limited. We plan the right aircraft and the airfield for your party and your equipment.
Government and diplomatic travel
Delegations flying to Canberra or between the capitals use charter for the same reasons: control of the schedule, privacy and the ability to land close to where the work is. See private jet hire Canberra.
Sporting and major events
Teams, support staff and hospitality groups travel to events by private aircraft. The Melbourne Cup and the spring racing carnival are one example: see spring racing and the Melbourne Cup by private jet.
Groups, weddings and incentive trips
Family groups, wedding parties and corporate incentive trips often fly privately to places such as Hamilton Island, Queenstown and Bali. Larger groups can use a heavy jet or, for the largest parties, a VIP airliner.

Corporate charter FAQs
Can you handle multi-city itineraries?
Yes. Roadshows and multi-stop trips are a common use of charter. We plan each leg, the airports and the ground transport so the whole itinerary runs to your schedule.
Can we work on board?
A private cabin gives you privacy for confidential calls and discussions, and space to work. Connectivity depends on the aircraft; tell us what you need and we will check.
How large a group can you carry?
From one to around nineteen passengers on a single aircraft, depending on the type; larger parties can use a VIP airliner or travel on more than one aircraft. See the aircraft guide.
Can you fly our sports team or event party?
Yes. We regularly arrange travel for sporting and major events, and we can plan luggage, equipment and the arrival and departure airports around the group.
Do you offer regular or account travel?
Tell us how often you fly and where, and we will discuss how we can support ongoing private aviation. We do not publish standard terms for account travel.
